1:33:36 PM Chairman Vincent The Commissioners conducted a special meeting for the purpose of approving the weekly claims. In attendance were Commissioners Vincent and Skinner, Accounting Clerk Jeannie Brown, and Commission Assistant Glenda Howze. The meeting was called to order at 9:00AM. Commissioner Skinner read the following into the record: The Commission received claims for consideration of approval from the Auditor. The claims listed on the voucher lists dated June 29, 2006 including check numbers 8050994 8051193 for FY 06, totaling $527,873.36; and FY 07 totaling $34,627.50 for a grand total of $562,500.86. Commissioner Skinner made a motion to approve said claims. Commissioner Vincent seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried unanimously.  
1:33:37 PM Chairman Vincent Call to Order. Present were Commissioners Skinner and Vincent, Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan and Acting Clerk to the Board Mary Miller. Commissioner Murdock was excused.  
1:33:42 PM Chairman Vincent There was no public comments on any matters within the Commission's jurisdiction.
1:33:57 PM Commissioner Skinner Read the consent agenda as follows: 1. Review and Approval of Minutes for June 20 & 21, 2006 2. Decision on a Request for Final Plat Approval for Amended Plat of Lot 5A of Minor Subdivision 246A (Spain Homestead Subdivision)-moved to the Regular agenda for further discussion 3. Approval of Contract(s): Contract with Jason C. Cutts-Fines and Fees Collection to Collect Overdue Fines
1:34:23 PM Public comment Weed Department Supervisor Dennis Hengel requested that Consent agenda Item #2 be moved to the Regular agenda for further discussion.
1:35:09 PM Commissioner Skinner I'll move to approve the consent agenda as amended.
